After a reasonably restful afternoon we split again into two teams with veteran wader ringer Stuart seconded to Team 1 to see the new wader site and Team 2 manning the pumps (or rather the busted sewage pipe) at Smelly Gully for another night.
Both teams had very low numbers totalling around 45 birds combined. The majority were Dunlin with a few Little Stint for variety.This evening's totals:
